2025/26 OJICL Awards Banquet Curler Ticket
This is a Curler ticket for 2025/26 Optimist Junior Interclub Curling League (OJICL) Envision Financial Division 1 AND Go Auto Division 2 year end awards banquet and fundraiser. Each curler ticket includes a pasta bar dinner and dessert. The pasta bar will allow you to choose your pasta and your sauce. There will be gluten free, vegan, and meat options available. Please indicate if you need a gluten free or vegan option, or if you have any other dietary restrictions.
The banquet is Sunday, March 8th at 5 pm in the lounge upstairs at the Cloverdale Curling Club. The silent auction will also take place at this time.
Division One finals are Sunday, March 8th at the Delta Thistle Curling Club, two games, first game starting at the normal time of 9 am.
Division Two finals are Sunday, March 8th at Cloverdale Curling Club, two games, first game starting at the normal time of noon.
Ticket Purchasing Process:
By clicking Add to cart below you are adding one Curler Ticket to the OJICL Awards banquet. The Curler Ticket includes the pasta bar dinner and dessert.
Steps to purchase additional tickets for parents, siblings, grandparents, etc to attend:
1- Add this Curler Ticket to your cart. After adding this "Curler Ticket" to your cart
2 - Select the extra tickets as add ons from the required additional information.
NOTE: For the additional tickets, you have two options: Option 1: A dinner ticket which includes the full pasta bar and dessert for $25 OR Option 2: A spectator only ticket for $0 - spectators will not be able to sit at a table with the team, they will be able to sit (or stand if they prefer) around the edges of the room.
The bar will be open for the banquet with pop, juice, tea, coffee and other beverages available to purchase.
If you have any dietary requirements, please note them on the order. There is a text box that you can type in after you have added the "Curler Ticket" to your cart called "2025/26 OJICL Banquet Dietary Requirements". If one of your party is gluten free, note that there. If the same or a different person is vegan, also please note that here. Please try to be as clear as possible with the information noted.
Due to limited space, each curler is only able to purchase their own ticket plus 2 additional dinner tickets until Sunday, February 15th. If there are still tickets available after that date, we will email the coaches/coordinators to let their families know, for those that are interested.
Ticket sales close, Friday, February 27th, as we need to give the caterer our final numbers 1 week in advance.
